Yoga Fitness Weekly for All Levels
In a 30-minute yoga class, you will benefit from a balanced combination of physical movement and mental relaxation. The sessions will enhance flexibility and strength through a series of poses tailored to all skill levels. You will also experience stress relief and improved focus, as guided breathing techniques help to calm the mind. You will leave the mat feeling rejuvenated, centered, and more in tune with your body. There will also be a 5 minute meditation for the morning and an evening wind down before bed. All video’s will be emailed every Sunday morning. Plus you'll receive access to a Private Facebook group to answer questions and demonstrate poses and modifications.
